K O R E A - SEOUL TRIP 2010 - DAY08

Last day for today.

Our itineary for today shall be HELLO KITTY CAFE!~  heh heh~

Walked a big round around DongDaemon in search for ARTBOX. But none in sight.

We were all tired & hungry after walking a big whole round.

Stopped by a stall & had our breakfast~

Our breakfast was a Soondae, a Korean blood sausage & a spicy rice cake.

Soondae is a Korean blood sausage that is popular among koreans, especially adults.

There is also a seasoning that comes along with it. - Salt, pepper, & chilli powder to add flavour to the sausage.



   

Went in Lotteria to have some beverages while we enjoyed the air-con..

The weather today is humid again~

I & jerline ordered a grapefruit drink & a summer special Ice cream. ( we ordered without redbeans.) 

But they still gave us red beans. But nahx, we’ll still eat it.

  

OK~ we shall start our itineary of the day “Hello Kitty Cafe”.
Took a subway as It is located at Hongik University Station.
Ok.. 2AM again while we were waiting for the train.

   Its On a uphill near some alleys of shops.

We had a hard time finding it. & we managed to. 

finally...

HELLO KITTY CAFE - Seoul



 

 

 

The whole atmosphere of the cafe makes us feel comfortable & calm~ ( feel like lazing around the whole day in this cafe)

Overlloaded of PINK, but the ambience was great while chatting with friends with a cup of Iced coffee.

Staff with pink uniform at the counter. Kawaii

Ordered a sweet potato latte~  (taste not really that nice)

But the choco banana waffle was really nice~ 

After lazing around in the hello kitty cafe, we went to shop nearby Hongik University.

Stationary, shoes, accessories, clothes shop etc...

Stopped by Dunkin Donuts..

A Mini hawker stall attracted our attention. So we went forward & had some so-called snack.
We had Gimbap (Korean rice roll) ,fried squid etc...
Gimbap or kimbap is a popular Korean dish. Finally we managed to try some during our last day.




This is the best snack that we had eaten among this few days. YUMMY!~











We shall proceed to Myeong Dong for our last minute shopping~ Don't tell me, skincare again?? Lolz
Spotted 2AM again!~  all over the subway.

Indeed, we went for some skincare again. Went to baviphat for 1 last time. Got myself a eye mask.(wondering whether its gd.)  
 We went to Burger King for a drink & discussing where to go next.Pics of polaroid that we took~ 

Myeong dong as our last stop.

We went back to the stall where we came d other day for the delicious seafood pancake.


So much rice given~  Was shocked when we saw this. But we asked the boss to take half away. Don't think we can finished it.

We get to know Sasaki san (a cute japanese guy).

There was a guy who sat alone 1 table beside us. Before he sat dwn, he bow directly at us.

So we were jus wondering which country is he from?? Korea? cannot be. 

hmmmm.... we was like betting with each other. To see who is right.

Jerline’s sis was so confirmed that he would be a japanese, whereas we were still thinking.

Mayb he is jus a normal korean guy who is polite?

Lots of ?? in my mind.. till he got his camera out from his bag.

OK we can confirm that he is INDEED a TOURIST.

Secondly, jerline used jap to ask him softly.  

At 1st, he didn notice she was talking to him till.. after quite sometime.

Jerline asked him again this time. 

& YUP~ he reply this time. & YES he was a japanese. wahaha~

BINGO for jerline’s sis.

Sasaki reply. (& we managed to understand 1st sentence).

The next sentence we were like... (what is he talking about?) lol

This is how we started to have a conversation with him.

I asked him whether he wanted to sit beside our table as it’ll be much easier for us to continue our conversation.

Funny reactions & expressions he had. He jus look that CUTE to me.

Not going to wrote down more of what we had chat.

We took the subway back to dongdaemun & spotted 2AM again~  
I'm the new member of 2AM.. (haha)
 On the back to our hotel. There was a ride called "DISCO JUMP".Its already 11+ and there were still Lots of ppl Q-ing up for it.
