Receipe for the egg tart which i found online. (Credits to dessertzhouse)
Butter Pastry
70g Icing sugar
140g Butter
1/2 of an Egg
200g Plain Flour
Placed all ingredients into a bowl & mixed it into a dough.
After that refrigerate the dough for 20 mins while you continue on your Egg Custard (the filling)
Egg Custard (the filling)
140g Sugar
300ml water
4 eggs
80ml full cream of evaporated milk
Firstly, Boil the water & sugar.
No need to stir it. Just leave the sugar water to cool after it was totally dissolved.
After the sugar water was totally cooled down.
Mix the evaporated milk & egg into the sugar mixture.
Sift the mixture.
Next, after refrigerate your dough for 20 mins.
You can take out your dough and place it into the Muffin mould or a tart tins.
Now you can pour your Egg filling into the mould.
Preheat oven to 220C, Bake for about 15-20 mins until it turns to golden brown.
And it'll be ready to serve. (^_-)
The pastry crust are not that well done, i shall improved it with more practice.
