TV had been broadcasting the Ad recently. Endorsed by Singapore Singer " Olivia Ong ".
Mum bought it & i intend to give it a try. $2.75 for a packet.
This is the packet of the Laska La Mian.
When you opened up, there'll be 2 packet inside. Packet A & B.
Boil a pot with water (just like how you cooked maggie mee)
Add (A) the Laska Paste and (B) Laska Premix into the boiling water. .
Mix well and let it boil.
You can add any ingredients that you lilke. There's not much at home.
So i added some fish ball & crabmeat.
Next put the noodles into the boiling water & simmer it for around 7mins.
The noodles is somehow looked like the Laska Yellow Noodles that we eat outside.
Thick white beehoon might be a better choice.
I tasted it, it was a little too pale & i think you don't really have to add all the (B) Laska Premix.
It contains too much coconut milk powder.
Add a little salt would be slighty a better choice. (your preferences)
Since i like it to be a little spicy, i added crispy fish chilli (from malacca).
It now taste more like a laska.
OK its done!~ Think that the noodles is ready to be serve.
Its not too bad after all.
